Convention Services Guidelines
Las Cruces Convention & Visitors Bureau offers a variety of services to assist you in planning your program, and acts as a total support facility to ensure the success of your convention. We welcome your attendees with plenty of information about Las Cruces and Southern New Mexico. The Las Cruces CVB is a team of professionals dedicated to making each convention, sports tournament and visit a pleasurable event.
Because the CVB is funded solely by the Las Cruces Lodgers’ tax, and we have a limited budget for promotional items, we must require all groups requesting premium promotional items and large amounts of visitor information to provide the Convention Services Department with verifiable room block information from a Las Cruces hotel. If your group chooses not to block at least 20 room nights we can provide this collateral to you at a nominal charge.
All of the information on the Convention Services Order Form is required to be filled out completely and must be received in our office at least 14 days prior to the date services are due. Items may be picked up after 1:00 p.m. on specified day.
